Who does your hosting?

Our websites are hosted on dedicated physical servers running a shared Apache environment. If your site generates enough traffic to impact other sites in the environment (GREAT problem to have), we’ll discuss migrating your site to it’s own dedicated hosting environment.

Can I get additional resources?

Yes, you have the flexibility to add resources to your package as required. Additional email addresses, storage space, website pages and dedicated IP addresses are available. Our website specialists will work with you to determine your requirements and customize an offering that meets your needs.

What’s meant by small website jobs of less than 30 minutes?

Our goal is to relieve you of the burden of normal website maintenance. The tasks covered under the 30 minute agreement were selected based on that goal. Other changes can and will be done but may require a proposal to complete. The full list of tasks that will be completed within the 30 minute agreement can be viewed by visiting the Support Services page. Tasks agreed to extend beyond 30 minutes or new scope will be charged at $39 / hour.

How do I recover a lost file or restore a backup?

Your website consists of 1,000’s of files and images that populate a dynamic content management system (CMS) called WordPress (the most popular CMS today). Selecting a single file to restore is often a very difficult task. In most cases it’s simpler to restore the entire website back to a previous version. Full restoration of the site is covered as a 30 minute task, precision restores will be charged at $39 / hour.

How do I submit a support ticket?

How long are your website contracts?

Website Release website plans are monthly for 12 or 18 months from the time your new website goes live (not when you approve the agreement).

When does the website monthly payment begin?

For your convenience, after your down payment, you pay nothing until the completion of your new custom website. Monthly payments begin as soon as your website is launched and continue for the contract period.

Is there a discount for yearly payment?

What happens if I’m unable to fulfill my contract term?

It’s business, things happen and we understand. If you’re unable to fulfill your contract term you have two choices. First, make a one-time payment to complete the agreement to obtain ownership of your website. Second, end your agreement without competing the term with the understanding that we’ll retain ownership of your domain name, website and content. If payment is not received 30 days after the due date, your hosting, support and backup services will end.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Pay Monthly website design packages must be placed on automatic payment using a major credit card. Down payments and Pay One-Time packages can be invoiced or paid via major credit card.

How can I restore services that have been terminated?

We’ll gladly restore services for websites active within the previous 3 months with the resumption of your monthly investment, no penalty or additional fees. Sites that have been archived after 3 months require an activation fee equal to one monthly payment amount. Your contract term will be extended to cover the period for which services were not provided.

How do I know which package is best for me?

We don’t allow you to make your purchase without speaking to one of our online marketing specialists. We could just fill orders placed online, but we’d rather fill your bank account with the money we help you earn by selecting the package and options best suited to your needs.

Can I add options after my site goes live?

Absolutely, we’ll do everything possible to accommodate your goals. If an option is added to a monthly website design package, the down payment will be the sum of the monthly investments for which the site has been live. This assures ownership of the website on the originally contracted date.
